Abstract

The third edition of "The adventure of innovating in ICT" has a particularity: it is made in the heat of the complexities in the virtual pedagogical continuity in the framework of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this sense, educational institutions in general and the public university in particular, had to reconfigure teaching and learning strategies that was not only to transfer the relationship with students and content to the web, but also involves a myriad of cultural and cultural complexities. technological so the challenges were incalculable.


As the authors warn, the publication of this book highlights socio-technological inequalities that raise concerns and new questions in relation to discontinuities of public policies, disinvestment in education in the years of the Alianza Cambiemos government, the socio-economic situation in the Argentine homes, the accompaniment of educational institutions, the place of students in this context, among others. However, it is important to anticipate that the problem is not the technological devices but the more general frameworks that involve the educational fact.
